Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Asli Discount collects, why, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect from partners

• Account details: name, email, phone, company and the channels where you promote.
• Payout details: UPI ID, bank account, IFSC and PAN, only if you add them.
• Activity: links you create and the clicks and sales they generate.

What we collect from shoppers who click a link

• Time of click, device type, operating system, browser, country and referring page.
• We do not store IP addresses. We keep only a one-way, daily-changing code made from them, used to count unique clicks and filter bots.
• We do not see what shoppers buy beyond what the brand shares in its reports (product and amount, never the buyer's identity).

Why we use it

• To run your account, approve partners and show you your clicks, orders and earnings.
• To pay you and meet tax and legal obligations.
• To detect fraud and keep the programme within brand rules.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to host the platform (for example Supabase for the database and Vercel for the website). We never sell your data. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Account and payout records are kept while your account is active and for as long as tax law requires afterwards. Click records are kept for up to 24 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing support@aslidiscount.com. We reply within 30 days.

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising cookies.
