Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to everyone who registers as a partner on Asli Discount ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Eligibility and approval

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract under Indian law.
• Every account is reviewed before it is approved. We may approve, reject or suspend any account at our discretion.
• The information you give us (name, phone, promotion channels, payout details) must be true and kept up to date.

2. How the programme works

• After approval you can create tracked links for the brands we enable for your account.
• Sales are credited based on the brand's own tracking and reports. The brand's decision on whether a sale qualifies is final.
• Your commission share is shown in your dashboard. We may change it with notice; changes apply to sales made after the notice.

3. Rules for promoting links

• Clearly disclose that your links are affiliate links (for example "#ad" or "affiliate link"), as required by ASCI guidelines.
• Do not offer cashback, rewards, gifts or any payment to shoppers for buying through your links.
• Do not use your links in paid search ads bidding on brand names, spam, pop-ups, cookie stuffing, or any misleading or illegal content.
• Do not click your own links to buy for yourself, family or anyone acting for you, or encourage others to do so.
• Do not use brand logos or names in a way that suggests you are the brand.
• Follow each brand's programme policies, including the Amazon Associates Operating Agreement.

4. Payouts

• Payouts are made only for commission we actually receive from the brand, after returns and cancellations.
• Minimum payout amount, payment schedule and method are shown in your dashboard.
• Taxes (including TDS where applicable) are deducted as required by law. A valid PAN may be required.

5. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account, and hold or cancel unpaid commission, if you break these terms or a brand's policy, or if we suspect fraud. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for losses caused by brand programme changes, tracking failures on the brand's side, or downtime. Our total liability is limited to the commission owed to you for the last 3 months.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction.
